Except as noted below, during the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you wish to return your unopened product, you can return your purchased item for a full refund less shipping. If you choose to make such a return for replacement or exchange, your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen.
To return items from any location within the USA, follow this simple three step process:
Call 800.883.5341 and request a Return Authorization Form. Write an explanation regarding the return on said Form.
Place the item, the Return Authorization Form, and all the original packaging in the box.
On your original invoice, find the total price you paid for the item being returned
If the total amount you paid is:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us.
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as sonage.com will not be responsible for any loss of or damage during shipment to us. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance staff to verify it is undamaged and in original condition. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days after receipt by us. Prompt full refunds will be made by reversal of original charges made to your credit card or paying agent and this credit will show on your regular billing statement from that source.
